Dear Parents/Carers and Students
It has been a great week 3 so far, and staff and students were very excited to see each other after several weeks.
There has been a lot of time spent on catching up with the school work and developing/re-establishing the relationship with the students.
Lots of mixed feeling from students about online line learning but I have taken one thing from this crisis that parents/carers, students and staff of MHS have stood together on this and adapted to this new online delivery within days with great success and I thank everyone for this.
The Organisation for Week 4
Monday Year 11 and Year 12
Tuesday Year 7 and Year 12
Wednesday Year 8 and Year 12
Thursday Year 9 and Year 12
Friday Year 10 and Year 12
Please note, Year 7 students will now attend on Tuesday and Year 11 students will attend on Monday. This will enable Year 11 students to see their teachers of subjects that they could not meet on Tuesday.
Year 7 students on Tuesday will focus more on Literacy and Numeracy during their Tuesday Sport.
Year 7 students will not participate in any sporting activities at school, hence, they should come to school in their full school uniform. Year 7 PE practical students are asked to bring their PE uniform.
More details will be provided to students on their scheduled days.
Parents/Carers, be advised that students will be notified of this change by the teachers today and tomorrow during their google classroom lessons and emails.
I will continue to provide updates as soon as I get notification from the Department and change my organisation for the week accordingly.
