820
The 820-bus route is a regular public service between Merrylands Train Station and Guildford Train Station via Woodpark and our school along Bristol Street.
The public T80 is part of the rapid bus transitway operating frequent and regular services between Parramatta and Liverpool. It passes Merrylands High School at 'Canal' T-way Station on Sherwood Road.
The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.
When driving and parking near our school, please:
ensure you park safely in school zones
follow speed signs
do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school.
Parking on school grounds
Unfortunately, students, parents and carers are not permitted to park their vehicles on school premises. The car park is out-of-bounds for students at all times. Parents and carers of students in L.E.A.P. (support unit) can enter the car park for pick-ups and drop-offs only.
Parking around the school
Please note that a 24-hour bus lane and designated bus zones line Sherwood Road in both directions.
Bus zones and designated 'No Stopping' areas line Bristol Street in both directions from the intersection with Sherwood Road until after the second pedestrian crossing (zebra crossing).
Contact us to learn more about parking in and around our school.
